This policy applies to the website operated by the Company (hereinafter “this Site”). The following, however, may fall outside its scope.

3. Applicable Standard and Target Conformance Level
The Company aims to conform to the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS X 8341-3:2016, “Guidelines for older persons and persons with disabilities — Information and communications equipment, software and services — Part 3: Web content” (a standard aligned with the international technical document WCAG 2.1).

4. Approach to Target Dates
We regard accessibility as something that is not completed in a single effort, but that must be worked on continuously as content is added and updated and as the technical environment changes. The Company handles newly published and updated content in line with this policy, and is reviewing existing content in stages. Specific targets and deadlines will be announced on this page as that work progresses.
5. Specific Measures
In designing and building this website, the Company gives particular attention to the following.
Alternative text
We endeavor to give non-text content such as images alternative text that conveys its meaning. We take care that elements serving a decorative purpose can be skipped by assistive technologies.
Color contrast
We endeavor to keep sufficient contrast between text and background, and we avoid conveying information by color alone.
Keyboard operation
We aim to make the main operations available from the keyboard, without relying on a mouse or other pointing device.
Reduced motion settings
We respect the user's environment setting (prefers-reduced-motion) and endeavor to support a display with reduced motion.
Resizable text
We use relative units and similar techniques so that the site follows browser zoom and text size changes, with attention to readability.
Logical heading structure
We mark up headings and document structure appropriately, with attention to comprehension and to reading by assistive technologies.
The above are matters the Company endeavors to address; they are not a guarantee of conformance on every page or with every success criterion. We correct the issues we identify as we go.
6. Publication of Test Results
Accessibility test results based on the testing method defined by JIS X 8341-3:2016 are currently in preparation. Once testing has been carried out and the findings compiled, we plan to publish the scope, testing method and results on this page.
