Message from the CEO

After building a technical foundation at NIT, Kumamoto College, I led practical work on the front line of business, including business development and marketing, and founded Nouma, Inc. in 2023.

Our greatest strength is that we understand both the language of technology and the language of business deeply enough to integrate them. Drawing on a background in science and engineering, we grasp the technical capabilities of the front line accurately and turn them into mechanisms that work reliably there, such as standardized operations and AI implementation.

Now 30 years old and born into Japan's “lost 30 years,” I see the coming three decades as the time to bring Japan back to the top of the world.

What we aim for is not one-off scale but the co-creation of “100-year companies” that keep generating value. Rather than leaving strategy as a recommendation, we support the whole path from strategy design to AI implementation and front-line operations, turning the technology and intent that lie dormant in a company into lasting results and passing them on to the next generation.

Driven not by self-interest but by a strong will to make this country better again, we will build the next era together with leaders of our generation. As a hub for transformation, Nouma will continue to commit to Japan's future.

Representative Director
Hokuto Aoi		 After building a technical foundation at NIT, Kumamoto College, he led business development and marketing in practice, and founded Nouma, Inc. in 2023. He integrates the language of technology with the language of business and supports clients end to end, from strategy design to AI implementation and front-line operations.
CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
Daishiro Okada		 Spent 20 years in international investment banking and international taxation at the Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank). After serving as Director, Head of Taxes at Deutsche Bank Group, he drove organizational culture reform as President (COO) of Square Enix's U.S. subsidiary and as General Manager of General Affairs at its Japan headquarters. In 2019 he founded HLD Lab, Inc., where he is Representative Director, President and CEO.Appointment announcement
Advisor
Koji Oshima		 Worked on services for financial institutions at IBM Japan, Ltd., where he was appointed Director. After GMO Aozora Net Bank and Dell Technologies, he served as Executive Vice President at Proned Inc., leading support for corporate governance and AI and data governance for the management of listed companies.
