Business Producer / Consultant
Mission (what you will achieve)
Turn standardization, AX and venture co-creation engagements into results, from concept through execution and adoption.
Role Overview
A core role that engages directly with the client's management and business issues, designing and leading an execution structure spanning standardization, AI adoption, execution and venture co-creation. You are responsible not only for recommendations, but for mechanisms that remain on the front line and results that can be shown in numbers. For each engagement you assemble the right specialists and lead the squad.
Responsibilities (main duties)
- Problem definition and overall design (standardization / AX / venture co-creation)
- Driving and managing projects (PM) and ensuring quality
- Negotiation and consensus building with client executives
- Assigning specialists and forming and leading squads for each engagement
- Designing, monitoring and improving results (KPIs)
- Preparing proposals and estimates
Requirements
- Experience in business or operational transformation, or project management, at a consultancy, operating company or systems integrator
- Ability to structure problems and build consensus across stakeholders
- Ownership to work from primary sources and see execution through on the front line
Preferred experience
- Experience applying generative AI to business work
- Expertise in standardization, BPR or new business development
- Experience communicating with executive management
