AI BPO

Outsourcing the work
will not improve it.

You can hand over the tasks,
but the design and the improvements never come back.
We take on your operations so that
execution data feeds the next improvement.

01Why it doesn't improve

If execution is the end point,
improvement never begins.

The difference is whether the results of execution
come back as input for the next decision.

One-way outsourcing versus execution support that circulates Conventional outsourcing runs straight from request to delivery and ends there, with no execution data returned. In AI BPO, execution, recording, analysis and improvement form a cycle, so the more it runs, the more evidence for improvement accumulates. A Sending out the tasks only Request Execute Deliver Ends here Quality depends on the person, with no basis for improvement. B Connecting execution to improvement Execute Record Analyze Improve More cycles, more data — a firmer basis for the next improvement.
Simply taking on the work does not create improvement. We set it up so the record of execution comes back.
02Deliverables

The rules for running the work,
and the results of running it.

Beyond the deliverables themselves, we hand over the design:
how much is delegated to AI, and what people review.

Key deliverablesThe contents stay visible, even after handover.

  • AI Agent DesignProcessing flow, references, decision rules

03Benefits

Once you hand it over,
what actually changes.

It is not only effort that falls. Variation in quality
and stalled improvement fall with it.

  1. Business planning

Time returns for decisions and planning

AI agents take on the repetitive work, freeing time for the decisions that matter.

  2. Marketing

Quality no longer depends on who does the work

Review items and exception handling are decided in advance, so the standard of the output holds whoever runs it.

  3. Back office

What happens in execution is visible

The design keeps a record of processing, so the work does not become a black box once it is outside.

  4. Management

The more it runs, the more it improves

Execution logs and KPIs accumulate, so what to fix next is decided by numbers rather than instinct.

05How we work

From handover
to continuous improvement.

We do not take on everything at once. We start small,
confirm it works, then widen the scope.

The four phases of support The work proceeds in order — handover, pilot, full operation, continuous improvement — and settles into an ongoing cycle of improvement. Handover Pilot Full operation Continuous improvement
  1. Handover

We organize the target operations, data and rules, and migrate them safely.

  2. Pilot

We start operation at small scale and verify quality, effort and risk.

  3. Full operation

We run production work stably, with AI and people working together.

  4. Continuous improvement

We improve the work and the AI on a regular cycle, based on KPIs and execution logs.

The migration period varies with the scale of the target operations. We map out the fastest route at the first consultation.

06FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What kinds of work can we hand over to you?

We mainly handle work that can be routinized and standardized: data preparation, reporting, research, back-office and marketing operations. Rather than standing in for a particular job role, we take on the design, execution and improvement of the process itself.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the scale of the target operations. We organize the work, run a pilot, and migrate in stages. We map out the fastest route at the first consultation.

How do you handle security and data management?

We design access permissions, the storage and usage scope of data, log management and the review structure, then operate in line with the rules agreed with you.

How much does AI BPO cost?

A pilot starts from 100,000 yen per month (excluding tax) as a guide. Full operation is quoted individually according to volume and scope, and improvement operation can also be designed on a performance-linked basis. Consultation and estimates are free of charge.

Can we start small before deciding?

Yes. You can hand over part of the work as a pilot first, confirm quality and effort against real data, and then decide whether to widen the scope.

How does AI BPO differ from conventional BPO?

AI BPO is a form of business execution in which AI runs routine processing and people take on judgement and review. Unlike conventional BPO, which secures throughput through headcount, execution logs accumulate and can be fed back into improving the work.

Which part of the work
can you least afford to stall?

and how the pilot would proceed.
